2. The mall will not accept the services that customers go to warehouse or retail store to pick up products on their own. All the orders are subject to the uniform distribution and arrangement of the mall. Please kindly understand.

3. Delivery time: Sunlight Hair will ask buyer to confirm an order after checking the ordered product, delivery address, payment and other information are correct. After the order confirmed, the mall usually ships out the package within 1 working day (exclusive of the stock cycle of the product); after the shipping of the package, Sunlight Hair will update the relevant shipping information to the member account information to facilitate the user to directly inquire the delivery status of the package via the platform of the logistics company.

4. Consignee: please fill in your true name. In case of using a alias name, please make sure this name is completely the same with that in your ID card or passport so as to ensure your package delivered to you correctly. If your package fails to be delivered to you or gets lost due to your name problem, seller and Sunlight Hair will not bear any responsibility.

5. When the express company personnel deliver the product to your doorstep, please carefully check if the outer packaging of the product has any breakage. If so, please timey contact our customer service center.
